I had this on-tap in a dimpled mug at the Diamond Knot brewery in Mountlake Terrace.
Appearance: darkish amber-gold hue with a reasonably big haze and a finger of creamy ivory foam atop. A little bit darker than a typical American IPA.
Smell: a little bit of malt sweetness along with a nice stone fruit aroma. Nice!
Taste: stone fruit hops right up top with a moderately sweet malt background. It’s working for me!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I must say I’m kinda pleasantly surprised here! Solid beer.
