Delightful discovery at Diamond Knot brewpub in July 2008.
"Based on a pre-Prohibition Era lager recipe, this one is surprisingly complex for one of our lightest brews. A perfect session beer for the summertime!"
I highly agree.
A= light golden-yellow, head and lacing all over the place that never quit.
S= fresh and clean, with nice light scents of malts and hops.
T= amazingly refreshing while not being bold or startlingly unbalanced. Slight sweetness hidden in there. Superb.
M= very clean, very nice.
D= week-long session.
