I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the Diamond Knot location in Mountlake Terrace.
Appearance: pale golden hue with just a little dash of haze with a cap of ivory foam.
Smell: sweet malt with a dash of graininess and a little bit of an earthy character. Not too bad.
Taste: moderately sweet malt but balanced with a fair dose of bitter hops with a kind of grassy character. On the bitter side for the style, but pretty decent.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a perfectly decent blonde ale. It’s maybe a little bitter, but not at all bad.
