A- A light copper color for an IPA. Very little head when pouring.

S- Wonderful citrus and floral scents. The hops come through later in the smelling experience.

T- There is a great bite to this beer, but not all from the hops. I noticed a slight piney taste to the beer, sort of like the pineyness to a mango peel. This beer has the strongest floral notes I have ever tasted in an IPA. Absolutely delicious.

M- Good amount of carbonation. A little bit of a thicker feel than most IPA's I've had.

O- One of the top IPA's I have ever had. If you are complacent about IPA's try this one, it is different from all other IPA's that I have tried in the past. I have not tried any other beers from this brewery but am looking forward to it.

Delicious beer.

One of the better beers they make. Try it with their spicy pork gumbo. Great staff, the brew masters were alot of help in helping me with my own home brew. Waiting for the ferry or just getting off the ferry in Mukilteo this place is a must Throw your peanut shells on the ground. No one cares

A special Diamond Knot release for Jakes Anniversary Party. Was told this was dry hopped with Simcoe

A: Poured a nice golden copper color with good carbonation and a small white head

S: Wow, fresh hops, floral, very aromatic, amazing

T: Perfect. Has a nice floral, grapefruit taste with smooth, sweet hops, finishing hops is just the right amount of hop bitterness, crisp, dry and refreshing

M: Medium bodied, excellent sweet feel, with plenty of citrus and some caramel

D: As god as it gets and by far the best single IPA I have had in a very, very long time..if not ever.
