I had this beer on-tap in a dimpled mug at the Mountlake Terrace brewery location.
Appearance: medium orange hue with a moderate haze and a thin finger of ivory foam. Not as hazy as a typical NEIPA, but pretty enough.
Smell: fruity, tropical, and floral. There's a light sweetness from the malt; overall it's subtle but interesting!
Taste: very fruity and tropical up front, with a bit of a citrusy/herbal finish. Bitterness is low but nice, with an orange zest character. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not a typical NEIPA, but I am rather enjoying this beer.
