This Dogtown Collection beer is absolutely full of hops, over 4 lbs per bbl! The combination of Azacca and Citra hops deliver an amazing tropical, citrus and pineapple aroma.

I had this beer on-tap in a dimpled mug at the Diamond Knot brewery in Mountlake Terrace.
Appearance: light orange hue with plenty of haze and a finger of compact ivory foam atop.
Smell: slightly sweet with a rather nice mix of stone fruit aromas, with a little mango thrown in as well. I quite like it.
Taste: less lovely than the aroma. It’s certainly not bad, but the mix of light citrus peel and even lighter stone fruit just feels kinda bland to me; it just doesn’t quite hold up to the aroma. There’s also a moderate bitterness, which you may or may not like in the style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: although the flavor falls a little flat for me, this beer gets points for its aroma.
