Pours a filtered, bright, golden color, with a small, bubbly head.
Smells of coppery toffee malts, blending into soft straw.
Has a medium, refreshing carbonation, which remains easy soft on the palate.
Tastes of bready toffee malts, wet hay, sun bathed straw and a coppery carbonation. Finishes boring with no flavors evolving at all, but a watery gap, closed by sweeter malts.
Pretty much a generic Helles with no real depth to it. Once established, the taste stays on the palate till the end worhout changing or evolving, while it is a clean, easy drinker.

Bottle from Wasana's. Catch up rating. One of he few German steam beers. Decent helles, pale golden with small white head, mostly grain aroma and taste.
