Look - Straw colored. Not much carbonation with small head.
Smell - Not very aromatic with subtle citrus mainly.
Taste - Pleasant but not as complex as most Belgian IPA's. The citrus hops dominate and the presence of the Belgian yeast can only barely be noticed.
Mouthfeel - Nice and light with a lingering bitterness.
Overall - A tasty beer but not as interesting as I would have hoped with it being a Belgian IPA. I may try to age one and see if that brings out the Belgian yeast character more.
