From BeerAdvocate magazine Issue #66 (July 2012):

LOOK: Cloudy yellow, epic showing of head

SMELL: Pungent citrus, medicinal, herbal, nutty yeast, estery, walnut taffy, faintly buttery, ripe plums

TASTE: Smooth, grainy, biscuity, yeast forward, mild bitterness, vague spicing, dried tropical fruit, slightly phenolic, grassy, salty, herbal, bone-dry finish

Wheat beer gone wild, rustic with smatterings of complexities everywhere. What really makes this beer is its spicing—it’s there, but somewhat restrained. This beer shows that Italian craft brewers can play at our game, and pretty much everyone else’s.

Bottle I brought to share at jmgrub's birthday tasting.

Expiration date: 2/12/13.

Pours a murky yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a foamy cap on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, spices, and a slightly sour aroma. Taste is much the same with a grain flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and thin bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is decent but subdued in the aromas and flavors.

Served in a tumbler.

Yup, another Italian beer I can't translate (mostly because Google Translate is of no help and I don't feel like looking any harder). This stuff pours a hazy amber-gold topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises lightly-tart lemon zest, mild coriander, white bread, and sweet flowers. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a pinch of cardamom for good measure. The bread character is a bit stronger as well, detracting a bit from the fruit and spice. The body is a rather light medium, with a moderate carbonation and a wet feel. Overall, an okay wit, but not something I'm likely to have again.

Hazy oranged appearance. Decent head, not exceptional.
Fruity smell, orange peel, coriander, probably a little too sweet. Honey, spices, and a light, hide, floral note.
Similar taste. Fruity, sweetie, but not too heavy.
Drinkabkle, yes, but nothing more.
Spicy notes in the aftertaste too, with the fruitiness, peaches, apricot, and a good amount of orange peel.
