This beer is a brilliantly clear light copper color and it has no head on it. I can't really pick up anything in the aroma of this beer, it is like smelling water. The taste is lightly sweet, and is pretty light on the palate as well. There is a hint of a caramel note to it, and this is joined by a hint of spicy hops in the finish. Again there is really not much here, though there is perhaps a bit of bitterness in the finish.

This beer, and others from this brewery, are certainly better than anything BMC has to offer, but nothing to write home about. This amber ale is clear, dark yellow w/ a slightly malty flavor. There isn't much more to it than that. It's a fairly benign beer, but nothing special.
