Appearance: brown in color with a one finger milk chocolate colored head. The head lasted quite a while.
Smell: caramel and chocolate were extremely pleasant on the nose.
Taste: the chocolate tones really come through. Nice malty profile. Caramel, soft prune tones, and a soft bitterenss makes this a true session porter.
Mouthfeel: smooth from start to finish. Medium bodied beer. Short aftertaste as the chocolate tones linger a while in the mouth.
Drinkability: easy to quaff this one. Flavorful and well balanced. Definitely one to try.
