Copenhagen 29/11 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. White can with red flowers and a little flying insect.
Pours unclear amber with a huge off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty and toasted odor mingling with a fruity sweet scent. Apricot and toasted caramel malt. Touch of brown sugar. Substantial lacing.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft and almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and entirely pleasant. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweetish and toasted.
Decent toasted take on a Red Ale.
