Intense hop bomb with all the channels open – if you're into hops, this is the beer for you!
A very fresh IPA with tropical flavor nuances. It does well chilled in a glass, where you get all the fruit impressions.

Copenhagen 7/5 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Some kind of pastel color explosion on a white background on the can.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a fruity fermented odor mingling with sour citric notes. Sweet peach and caramel. Whiff of alcohol. Lime and citrus. Grainy sourness.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A Flavour Explosion might be taking it a bit too far - but certainly a solid DIPA.
