A strong interpretation of the classic English IPA, where traditional British beer art meets modern brewing methods. A beer that celebrates the proud history of the IPA with a contemporary twist.
A sophisticated trio of hops:
• First Gold - elegant English character
• Fuggle - classic earthy note
• Cascade - citrus and pine needles

Copenhagen 1/6 2022. 44 cl can from Craft MakersCollective web-shop. An Astronaut on a bicycle on the can. Under Braunstein's Dragonfly Brand.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intensewith a strong malty sweetness mingling with a dry and bit stale citric scent. Sweet caramel, toffee, nuts and hints of brown sugar. Mild whiff of lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with prominent sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweetish and laced in caramel.
A bit on the sweet side.
