Sky Fishing; A New England IPA carefully brewed with care, with huge amounts of hops added late in the process to create an irresistible symphony of flavors.
Despite the overwhelming amount of hops, Sky Fishing surprises with its mild bitterness, thanks to their whirlpool hopping technique and double dry hopping followed by the addition of orange and citrus peels on top of a soft malt base of barley and wheat malt.

Copenhagen 21/8 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. Sold under Braunstein's Dragonfly brand. Black and white can with an Astronaut with a fishing pole,
Pours unclear, golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with fermented topical fruits. Peach and plums. Hints decay. Sharp sour grains peeking in. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick. oily, soft, lightly tingling texture
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sugary, slightly boozy undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Quite rough and surprisingly boozy considering the modest ABV.
