Copenhagen 9/8 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. Romantic drawing of two Astronauts sitting on a bench on the moon looking at Earth.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Bubbly. Disappears quickly leaving what looks like decarbonated cola behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with strong roasted malty odor mingling with sweet candy and hints of coconut. Dark roasted malts, caramel, toffee and dark chocolate.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and sugary. Lingers for a while. Finish is surprisingly dry.
Potent but hides the ABV quite well.
