A lovely beer made by Bryghuset Braunstein. Made for the Dragonfly series, dedicated to the best fishing rivers around the globe. A refreshing and soft beer, with subtle hints of spices.

Copenhagen 13/11 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Gymnasievej, Køge. Braunsteins usual Dragonfly brand design with a Black label with a stylized Dragonfly and a little off-white text box telling me all about fishing on the Spey River.
Pours unclear yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No Lacing.
Aroma is a bit on the sweet side with hints of tart lemonade and slightly synthetic feel. Sweet Wheat malts, citrussy lemonade, coriander and air sweetener.
Medium carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling, lively texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit tart with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a bit like sour white Wine.
Decent Wit. which taste somewhat Better than it smells.
