Amber colored with a nice beige head. The beer has a slight sweetness from the roasted malt and ends with a pleasant bitterness.

Copenhagen 4/11 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Gymnasievej, Køge. Black label with stylized Dragonfly and a light Blue stripe where they elaborate on how fantastic Russian River is for fishing.
Pours hazy orange amber with a medium-sized white head. Stable and fluffy. Settles as thin but lumpy and frothy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, fruity with sweet exotic fruit meeting citrus fruit and with a dry quality. Peach and Pineapple meeting Gooseberries and Citruf fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, Soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Nice dry APA. I do not go fishing - but I Imagine that this would work quite good with a fishing rod.
