Falle is unfiltered with a beautiful color.
The aroma is characterized by fresh green apples and fruit. The taste is light and sweet, with a full flavor of spicy hops.
Falle has a nice and strong foam and appears with a golden glow.

Copenhagen 9/2 2019. 50 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh NV. Light blue version of De 5 Gaardes brand's usual design. This is the revamped version brewed by Braunstein (hopefully better than the Harboe version).
Pours slightly hazy, golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of fluffy foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is sweet with more tart, fruity notes. Caramel, lightly roasted malts, unripe berries, citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart tang. Lingers shortly. Semi-dry finish.
Solid sweetish malt base but could use a little more bitterness. But decent English Pale Ale.
