Copenhagen 27/7 2017. 50 cl bottle from Irma. Orange-ish label stating that this very bio dynamic - both by Danish and EU-standards.
Pours hazy amber with big slightly off-white head. Settles as very thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is strongly sweet. Caramel, brown sugar. Almost candy-like quality.
Fairly low carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and toffee-like.
Very much on the sweet side and sweeter than most "Classics". But if you savor a sweet malty bio dynamic beer this might make you happy.
