Copenhagen 16/9 2017. 50 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Simple light Green sample with Irma's logo and a lot of biodynamic certifications.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam.
Aroma is fairly neutral. A little sweetness from the malts and slightly stronger bitter notes.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by fairly strong bitterness. Aftertaste has fairly strong bitterness. Semi-dry finish.
Pilsner with a good strong bitter edge.
