Copenhagen 17/11 2017. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Kind of crowded label with a lot of Christmas paraphernalia like Christmas Trees, a Reindeer, Christmas socks and so on.
Pours slightly hazy reddish brown with off-white head. Settles as thin fine layer of patchy foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is heavy sweet with brown sugar, strong licorice and Fennel.
Soft carbonation and medium thick oily palate.
Flavor is heavy sweet and pretty intense. Aftertaste is sweet and quite spicy leaving licorice and anise behind. Manages to hide the decent ABV away.
Very Christmas inspired. A bit heavy on the licorice - and I do not feel any strong urge to consume a six-pack.
