This unique organic Pale Ale with Bybi honey is brewed in collaboration with Bryghuset Braunstein. We use the highest quality ingredients and place great emphasis on craftsmanship and all the small details that make a difference in our beer.
All summer long, the city bees have flown across Copenhagen's flower beds to make honey for this beer. It takes 12 bees and 66,000 flowers to make enough honey for one bottle.
The aromatic taste is balanced by the beautiful Cascade hops, with a distinct bitterness and light sweetness that suggests flowers, citrus, apricot, honey and orange.

Copenhagen 20/12-2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Fairly plain label with only one Bee on it. Disappointing.
Pours hazy, golden amber with a big yellowish head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet and slightly fruity. Some sweet honey and something more sharp and citrus-like in the background.
Fairly strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is sweet followed by medium strong bitterness. Light bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
Refreshing with an okay balance between honey sweetness and bitterness. But not terrible interesting.
