Copenhagen 26/ 2026. 44 cl can from COOP365, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Light blue can with red and white flowers. Quite graphic.
Pours slightly unclear, golden amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a subdued scent of citrus. Caramel, toffe and moldy gym bag. Biscuits. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness A little rough. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Sweet malts and rough citrus fruits.
