Copenhagen 5/5 2026. 44 cl can from COOP 365, Smedetoften. Kbh. NV. Black can with vines of purple flowers.
Pours clear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts mingling with a light scent of citrus fruit and glue. Bread, rice and sugar. Lemon. Whiff of something chemical.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medu intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetie. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry with a sweet touch.
I think I will keep to the barley.
