Copenhagen 22/8 2015. 50 cl bottle from Fakta, Frederiksborgvej, Kbh. NV.
Ridiculously foamy upon opening resulting in a very wet kitchen table. Pours hazy orange with huge white head. Still with humongous amount of foam. Settles as thick crown of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is pretty subdued. A little lemon and sweet fruit. Citric notes.
Fizzy carbonation. Lively texture.
Flavor is has a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Short aftertaste lightly bitter aftertaste.
Not the most memorable way to celebrate a 10 year anniversary. A lot of foam and not much taste. Kinda like a one-night stand.
