A - A clear brown/red beer with a head that is white with just a tiny bit of pink. The head retracts fast, but leaves a nice ring against the glass.
S - Raspberries, yeast in total very pleasant.
T - A light taste of raspberries mixed with cinnamon, what makes it a nice subtle beer. Not a winner though.
M - To much carbonation en light sticky in the finish. The body is somewhat to light too.
O - Not a wrong beer at all, but the tones are not strong enough.

Vorst (frost), dark fall beer from brewery '7th heaven'.
Ruby colour, with a nice cream coloured, fluffy head. Decent carbonation, very nice lacing.
Smell and taste are surprizingly, and nice, mild and florally. Sweet and spicy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is very smooth. The alcohol is not harsh, the sweetness is mild, there's bitterness, but very well balanced within the whole brew.
Well balanced ale with a modest, but pleasant character.
