Bright pale amber with lumpy parchment-colored head that trails a a double helix stream of bubbles up the middle.
Orange peel, wildflowers and earthy Belgian yeast on the nose.
Sweet challah and apricot, some white pepper then round tangerine, resin and cut grass hops.
Starfruit finish and long twisted baby aspirin and nettle bitter linger.
Dry but soft, light more than medium, oily.
Undoubtedly an IPA - lots of citrus, but some serious IBUs with herbal undertones that sustain. Yeast definitely plays a part, but never threatens to overwhelm. Balanced and well judged. A beer with a lot of craft behind it; I'm curious to know about this brewery now.
Kinda what A Little Sumthin' Wild should be.

Bottle pured in a pint glass.
Big head, creamy/beige colored. Beer is amber colored. Some carbonation going on.
I don't get that much smell; some fruits, grass, light grapefruit.
Taste is very nice. Lots of fruit (oranges, apples, and later the big grapefruit). It starts out medium sweet, and at the end it has a huge hoppy bitterness which I really like. Some touches of malt but really not much there.
Mouth is good. Quite full actually, not much carbonation, it just coats your mouth with hops.
This is a nice IPA style beer, not mindblowing, but especially on the fruity side it does well.

We had this beer at tasting two weeks ago at my cousin Peters place. Great beers and great fun.
This beer was poured in my Essen Christmasbeerfestivalglass (what a word for wordfeud!)
Nice head but no carbonation. Goldenyellow fluid.
Taste is a bit dry and flat. Smell is like flowers in the spring. This combination makes that i rate the beer for mouthfeel a 4.

I tried this beer on the local PINT tasting evening in October 2011. All the beer is blind tested.
A - A clear amber colored pint. The head is minimal and white colored.
S - A good smell of Amarillo hops, fruity citrus and flowers.
T - The beer is a bit sweet and bitter.
M - Not bad, medium alcohol. The bitterness overrules a bit in the after taste combined with some alcohol warmth. Overall it feels a bit soft and sticky in the mouth.
O - A pint with a bitter after taste, with some sweetness and a good balance. I love the hops in this one, very good.

7th Heaven hoppy beer, 33 cl. bottle.
Colour amber orange, with a nice fluffy beige head, massive carbonation.
Smell is particularly good and fresh. It has big pine hop notes. Some floral and citric notes too, as well as apricot.
Taste is a good deal of bitterness. You notice straightaway this is hopped very extensively. Aftertaste is dry, lingering.
No sweetness in this.
It's a beer for sipping, for sure. It's demanding, challenging (as stated on the bottle) and strong. The alcohol is well covered and warming.
A very good IPA on the European market, I think.
