Pours hazy light brown with tan head.

Nose is traditional hefe-weizen - banana, clove spice, bready notes too.

Palate has a rather sweet, brown banana bread taste with minimal hops. Rather sweet, with the banana fruit coming forward rather well.

Fuller bodied than expected. Filling as well.

Had this on draft at Prescott Brewing it is available in a 10 or 22 oz pour. Appearence is very cloudy nutty brown color. Poured a substantial creamy head with good retention and some good lacing sticking to the side of the glass. Aroma is spicy and complex with dark malt notes and a spicy, almost cinnamon quality. Taste is really nice with typical wheat beer notes (banana, clove) but with a nice dark malty backbone. This beer manages to have some dark beer qualities but is nice and light. a really solid beer from PBC.
