12 oz. can:
Pours light golden yellow with a thin white head that fades away. Minimal lacing.
The smell is mild - some grain.
The taste is of mild grain. A touch of non-descript hops balance most of the grainy sweetness.
Very light body, a bit fizzy.
A run-of-the-mill light cream ale. Not much character even for the style.

Very unremarkable. Not awful, though

Poured with little head. very light with little flavor or aroma. the mouthfeel however is excellent with a creamy velvety smoothness. tastes like an adjunct beer but is aparently all malt. Not an overly impressive beer but would be a good session beer in warm weather.

22oz brown bomber poured into a snifter
Flowing from the mouth of the bottle, this beer is quite light in color. Filtered apple juice from concentrate is what I think of. Lightly fizzy, a thin head develops and disappears just as quickly. Relatively average looking, though it does invite you to drink it, as it appears to be a thirst quencher.
Breathing in slowly, the beer comes across as very clean smelling...not a lot going on, but what is there gets the palate working. Lightly fruity apple and citrus smells come through first with a very slightly musty grain following.
Taking a sip yields a crisp apple spritzed with lemon flavor that leaves a nice bitterness on the tongue. Just the right amount of sweetness follows with a touch of earthy/grainy coming through. It finishes very cleanly with a drying bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin and almost watery with very little carbonation.
All in all, a very refreshing beer that is extremely easy to drink. It reminds me more of some of the Kölsch's I've had, as it doesn't have the hop presence of most of today's APA's. This beer is nothing that will blow your palate to the moon, but that's not what it's made for...I enjoyed it. I just think that with a little bit more bubbly it would be even more refreshing.
