Deep black color with a two finger thick dark beige head with good retention.
Light aroma with notes of grains, milky chocolate, cocoa and cola.
Sweet flavor with notes of cola, chocolate, nuts, toasted and roasted malts, red fruits, an earthy and spices touch, and caramels. Dry aftertaste with a very mild bitterness.
Medium towards full body, between creamy and viscous, and with relatively good carbonation. Alcohol of 8% is completely absent.
Good brew, given its sweetness it seems a bit mono dimensional. It sure could be a good dessert beer.

Probably the best of El Bolson's offerings, this beer is not always available. They call it a "Triple" Bock because the alcohol content (at 9.0%) is so high, which comes through in the toasty, intense bouquet. Deep flavors of chocolate, lovely toasted malts, and berry-like flavors develop after a few sips. Worth the effort to find if you are in Argentina.
