I was a larger drinker and would only experiment with different lagers, then someone gave me a tin of craft beer which i liked so decided to try other types of beers, i have now tried a good range of different types of ales and beers. But i must admit this is one of my favourites, i love the strong fruity taste, which stays in the mouth for a little while, it is smooth to drink and a lovely golden colour, and at 4% its just about the right strength for me ( getting old ) overall i think its great value for money.

500ml bottle from Morrisons (£1):
Medium amber & clear, lots of bubbles rising to the surface & a half cm, foamy white head on the surface plenty bubbles at the sides. It's floral smelling with some citrus, bread malts & biscuit notes following it it's fairly light. More biscuit & bread malts, grassy hops & the odd floral touch come through with the taste, its light-medium bodied & semi-dry with fairly strong carbonation & a lingering bitter finish.

L- 'Golden' indeed. Clear. Pours with 1Cm white foam head. Holds well.
S- It has an unusual and very distinct smell, quite thickly verdant ... 'chopped evergreen leaves'? At this point I intentionally haven't read the Reviews below OR the lable. Bit of a mystery, the Taste should out it.
T- Ooooo-k, so it's citrus of a kind, probably closest to grapefruit, plus a tiny hint of floral citrus. It's not a sledge-hammer, but it still dominates.
F- Yes it is pretty hoppy-dry, and with a citrus-dry alongside. But it's not OTT, there is body to give it balance 'despite being just 4.0%'.
O- 'Dryneck' - does it relieve one or give you one? Perhaps the former in summer, and latter in winter? Conclusion: Perhaps a beer from a histroically more trad brewery tweaked for a younger more contemporary style.
BB: 31/8/2020. 500ml bottle. Bought for home-delv from the brewery.

Now checking the bottle's lable:
'A combination of berry, fruity and citrus blasts resulting in a mouth-watering golden beer to wash away the drought'

Smell and taste of cat pee and a certain variety of well sweated armpits. Not as bad as I have described as this is in a good way. It's not a strong beer and the potency of the hops really helps make this richer tasting and with a richer mouthfeel for a relatively low alcohol beer. There is quite a lot of sweetness. Best lowish alcohol beer I have had for a long time from a bottle.

Bottle. Gold colour. Thick, quite dense, frothy head.
Citrus fruit and fresh grass aroma.
An earthy malt arrives on tasting along with the hop.
Medium carbonation and feel.
A melee of tastes which does not really provide enough collective balance.

A 500ml bottle with a BB of April 2018. Acquired a little while back from ALDI. Described on the label as a golden beer hopped with Mosaic; features typically ugly label art.
A: Poured into a tulip pint glass. A bright golden hue with faint haze and good carbonation. Produces a large head of fluffy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before reducing to a patchy surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of lightly fruity hops with hints of mild citrus, floral notes, subtle tropical fruit, grainy malt, ale yeast and faint earthiness. Delicate, balanced and refreshing - very nice.
T: Tastes of fruity hops with notes of citrus, light peel, mild tropical fruit, floral hints, subtle grass/hay, ale yeast, grainy malt, barley sugar and faint earthiness. Slightly sweet, with a crisp, hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with spritzy carbonation and good body for the strength. Aftertaste of light fruity hops, subtle bitterness, grainy malt and ale yeast.
O: Very tasty - possibly the best Wychwood brew I've had. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are light and fruity with excellent balance. Lovely body. Goes down a treat; would be perfect on a hot day. Well worth sampling if you come across it.

Fruity and Excellent use of Mosaic hops. Very thirst-quenching as the label suggests.

Bottled
Pours a golden body with decent enough white head
Aroma is wheat puffs and slight skunking which is odd because the bottle is brown glass
There is a bit of grapefruit hop and dry mess
Nice mouthfeel too
