Go all in with Diceman jet black silky smooth stout. A bold combination of dark malts creates a smoky aroma of toffee & plums and a warming flavour of liquorice and dried fruits with an alluring cocoa sweetness and a bitter coffee finish. An odds on favourite.

L- As with almost all superficially black beers, when held close by a good light it is in fact very deep ruby red. Pours with a 2mm very pale tan cap of bubbles.
S- Quite mild, mainly roasty-toasty malts.
T- Quite dry, a mildly bitter aspect and deep roasty malts.
F- Immediately felt a bit thin, for me. This can happen with beers of relatively pungent taste plus moderate ABV. Quite contemporary I suppose - more on the lighter/dry side than deeper/maltier.
O- It's a good brew. Well put together ie balanced. Might well suit me better than lighter beer in a pub during winter, especially on hand-pull. Especially*2 if they produced an amped up version at say 6.5-6.8% which might align the body better with the taste. A darn sight better than much stout sold in the shops today, but not really enough going on to urge me to buy it again.
500ml bottle £2.99, BB: 31/5/23. A surprise discovery today in Cambridge, UK. Bought from a neighbourhood speciality organic/whole-foods type supermarket called Harvest at 180-182 Mill Road.

De Labirratorium. En vaso de pinta inglesa. Leyendo sobre BPMN. Stout ligera, algo aguada y aburrida. Se bebe sin más, pero la verdad es que este DICeman no DICE mucho y termina pasando desapercibida.
