O.G. 18.8% - $5.50 a pint.
Clear straw golden hues loaded with carbonation bubbles rising to an ivory 1" tall standing head cap but leaving no lace in the glass.
Light floral nose with a bit of grainy scents.
First swigs: Gummy grapefruit peel and punch. Focused bread dough backing. Flavors blend of grapefruit and Juicy Fruit gum.
Crisp feel lingering doughy medium bodied and briskly carbonated. White wine dry lingering aftertaste.
Last swigs: JuicyFruit & pancake with a chalky aftertaste. Brightly hopped but lacked a depth that better 2IPAs generate. A step up for Indy and glad to see them make bolder beers. Hops seemed to be East Kent but just a guess as there wasn't a cascade overflow.
Beer is good. Happy local brewpub beering.
