Dark amber reddish color with a thick two finger off-white head with short retention.
Nice citrusy aroma with notes of grapefruit, caramels, tangerines and passion fruit. Assertive but it is the one you don’t want to quit sniffing.
Flavor of toasted malts, grapefruits, American yeast, mild pine, perfume and tea bags. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation of tiny bubbles. Slightly sticky.
Good surprise coming from Italy. You got to love caramels, though hopping doesn’t make it get away. Although assertive and not super complex, in my opinion it is underrated. I may have got lucky on this batch.

Had a bomber of this at a bar in Bellagio, Italy. For an IPA made by a local Italian brewery, this was not too bad. Nice red color, thin head. Lots of hops in the smell and taste. While I don't consider myself a hop head, if you are tired of drinking vino all day, give this IPA and brewery a chance. A nice example of the style.

The color is something similar to a dark honey. Decent head, compact, cream color.
The smell is caramel, mou, honey. Not so much hop. Not so much IPA. Even if is a bit beeter with the raising of the temperature.
Quite caramel in the taste, even if there is some bitterness. A bit chewy. The bitter is a bit apart from the rest of the taste.
Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Maybe some bitter roots notes in the finish.
