Slightly hazy pale yellow body with an average, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing; average density of tiny particles.
Moderate yeasty (sweat) and light-to-moderate malty (grains) aroma.
Light-to-moderate bitter, light acidic and sweet flavour; long-lasting sweetish finish.
Light-to-medium body with watery-to-oily texture; average carbonation.

Cool label and name! Bought at a cafe (la vespe) in Firenze, Italy (to-go bottle). I was pumped to see this steam beer in Italy nonetheless.
L: Golden hay colored with some cloudiness. Presumably unfiltered. Large 3 finger head that dissipates quickly to a minimal half finger head after less than a minute. Nice pure white in color with large bubbles.
S: Smells like a belgian ale to me. I get lemon, spiciness, other indistuingishible fruits.
T: Smell follows the taste.
F: Way too much carbonation. Hard to get past.
O: Not an impressive brew. Man either I have terrible luck or these Italian brews are not good at all.
