Draught at the brewpub. Dark brown with a small beige head that leaves tight lace rings. Super hoppy aroma, not unlike their IPAs, with an underlying malt sweetness. A bit light in the body for style, almost like a smaller ASA. Also pretty dry, with big hop flavor and bitterness. Reminds me a bit of Bigfoot actually, could almost be a darker DIPA. The brown sugar adds a touch of flavor and if I'm correct, could be why the body is a bit light. Very drinkable, and you'll feel it quick.

Surprised to see this brew on during my latest visit.
Poured a deep copper color with a small tannish head. Nose was malty, hoppy with brown sugar. The menu boasts this breww as with 50 pounds of brown sugar added in the mash. While tasty it was a bit thin on taste and mouthfeel. Maybe if it matured awhile it would be a more comlex and heavier bwine.
