On-tap at Hollister Brewing
Pours a pale golden yellow color with a white head. Rather bland and corn like aroma to this beer. A mild maltiness with lots of cereal and grain sweetness to it an almost non-existent hop aroma. More of the same on the palate. Sweet corn, bread, and grain flavors define the beer for the most part. A touch of apple esters and a light floral hop note.
