The beer pours a light amber color with an off-white head. Starts off with nice citrus/grapefruit peel, pine and perfume hop aromas. Those are followed by toffee and toasted bread. Flavor is a bit citric with strong grapefruit juice notes. Some floral hops, moderate pine, and a light bitterness. Good toast, toffee, and bread malt flavors to give some sweetness as well.
