On-tap at Hollister
The pour is very dark brown, almost black, with a khaki colored head. The nose is really heavy on the coffee and cocoa which give a nice richness. Good roasted malt and caramel aromas, a touch of burnt sugar, too. The flavor is a bit sweeter than expected. A bit of caramel and toffee, some semi-sweet chocolate, too. Plenty of roasted malt and lots of coffee.
