Good brew - I wish they had it in more bars in addition to the other Cayman brews. Having it out of bottle - I had the IPA earlier today and I did like that also at the Cracked Conch - This brew packs a punch and is really tasty...

A 330ml bottle purchased and consumed near the brewery on GCI.
Bubbly and frothy head.
Fine malty aroma with hints of dark fruits and faint spices.
Moderately rich dark malt flavor. Excellent bitter-sweet balance. Hint of bitter chocolate. Light char in the finish and aftertaste with a hint of bitter chocolate.
O: Probably the best beer from CIB and one of the best produced in the Carribean. Brings Guinness Foreign Export Stout to mind.
