It pours cooper with an off white head. It has good head retention. There are some cramelized elemetns with light spice. Overal, it is clean. 748415

Enjoyed last night on draft in beautiful grand cayman. I went in with super low expectations , and to be honest it was better than I expected . Drinkable for sure. Not really true to style but ok

Walked in a bar on Grand Cayman ( Da Fish Bar) and expected to find only the lighter Cay Brew. Very happy to find this dark bock that was probably the best beer I had in the Caribbean outside of Foreign Extra Stout in Montego Bay. Totally drinkable but with a fairly complex caramel malt flavour in the finish. Great to see a local craft brewery stepping up their game and giving the drinker something other than a light lager.
