A cool rock and roll themed bar and grill, I've been to both their Lynnwood and Bothell/Mill Creek locations many times.
Great food, the pizzas are rustic style and really tasty, the wings are really good too. I have to say though the fish and chips are hit and miss. Sometimes they come out hot and crisp, others they are just warm and rather greasy.
A small selection of "house brews" that are pretty good but not spectacular and they have bottled macros and imports.
Staff are generally friendly and check in with you frequently.
The one negative with the Lynnwood location is parking, during peak hours it gets really tight.

I've been to the Rock dozens of times and just never got 'round to reviewing it. They bill themselves as a brewery, although I believe all their beers are contract-brewed. They have about 6 house beers that are available all the time, and I'd call them middle of the road. I've never seen a seasonal or rotating offering among their beers.
So, while I would not call this place a major beer destination, the food is quite good and the service has always been good. For a pint and a pizza, one of the best places in Lynnwood; but, from a beer standpoint, it's quite limited.

Great place to watch a ballgame or just to have a few good beers and have some great wood fired pizza. In the seattle area, on of the better beers is Mac and Jack's (which is one of my absolute favorites). It is served only on tap at most seattle area drinking holes except the rock only serves THEIR beers on tap. Many people including myself have asked for the locally famous african amber and are quickly told that they don't have it but instead can make something close. This involves using their IPA and putting some of their Red ale in it to balance out the flavors. It is a very good combo. This place also has killer calzones and my girlfriend loves their cocktails...so it's perfect for me.

Came with a larger party and sat back behind the bar instead of the restaurant. Same theme as the place in Tacoma, but with less interesting decoration. Darker, too, which was nice. Kind of loud, and competition with TVs in the corners with different sporting events on.
The restaurant seems to be a little more family oriented, which would be nice if you wanted a good beer and pizza. Service was pretty good, though might have been influenced by our large group.
There were 6 standards to choose from and 2 seasonals. I tried the IPA and Red ale, both which were quite good. The beers were named after "rock" themes, which basically meant metal themes, which were kind of weird. I guess it fills a niche, though from the looks of the bar, they get lots of cocktail traffic. The pizza was also great, and overall, it was one of the better looking places around to get a pint.

My hometown is a few miles from this great establishment so when I am visiting home we always make sure to hit up the Rock! Great pizza is the main attraction at this joint - and they do not dissapoint. So many unique and creative offerings - it is hard to choose which pizza to try. I have sampled most of the regular tap offerings here - as well as some seasonals they have occasionally (including Hale's Old Woody and a great barleywine). My usual drink is the Sledgehamer IPA or the XXXPA - both decent and very drinkable brews perfect with my favorite spicy pizza ("The Blues")and garlic bread. Their Dunkelweizen is also a solid choice. Check this place out if you love rock and roll, great pizza and a good beer (you'll want two or three)!
