Pours a hazy pinkish red with a small, extremely bubbly head. Disappears completely after 5 seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is stretched between strong fruity, sweet berries and a medium strong sourness. Raspberry in abundance, lactose, sweetish wheat. Sourish lemon with an acerbic touch rummaging in the background.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by strong, acerbic sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a light lactic touch. Lingers for a bit. Dry vinous finish.
Fresh and nicely balanced raspberry Gumbo.

De Birrak. En copa Teku. En almuerzo. Con arroz con chocos. Acidez controlada, pero como suele resultarme en la mayoría de cervezas con frambuesa, la fruta no tiene un sabor especialmente rico y termina resultando algo aburrida y lenta de beber
