Copenhagen 6/7 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Drawing of a very gay Gondolier on the label in Simon Daugaard's pretty cool style.
Pours dark, reddish amber with an off-white head. Small remnants of yeast is visible whirling about. Head settles as a paper thin layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is of coffee, brown sugar, bitter chocolate and alcohol. Makes me think of a slightly bitter kahlua liqueur - only better.
Soft carbonation and thick oily palate. Gently tingling texture.
Flavor is well balanced between sugary sweet and coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter and lingering.
Like an iced coffee with a serious bite.

From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. Watching House of Cards 2x04-05. Very smooth and creamy with true coffee latte notes that are really delicious and seem pretty natural.
