Copenhagen 18/4 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Granny with a smoking gun on the label.
Pours slightly hazy pale yellow. Medium sized white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is almost discrete for an IPA from Amager Brewhouse. Fresh fruit. Tropical fruit mingling with the more bitter citric grapefruit. Light notes of resin and something sour and fermented.
Strong prickly carbonation. Slightly thick texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by prominently strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is dry.
I am not sure how Bonnie Ramsbottom fits into the story about this beer apart from being Australian like the hops used - but it is a fine, bitter and dry brew.

From Mikeller Shop. In Teku glass. Playing The Last Door Season 2. Odd refreshing fruity taste witha thin body. At first it was a bit of a letdown but grows on you the more you drink it.
