Copenhagen 24/8 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Bare-assed organist piping for peace on the label.
Pours pale hazy yellow with bubbly white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of creamy foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fresh and full of hops. Light sweet notes of exotic fruit almost overpowered by strong citric notes of grape fruit and citrus. Notes of pine and resin.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is fresh and fairly uncomplicated. Medium sweet followed by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is dry and bitter.
Nice and simple Session IPA.

From Miguel. In Teku glass. Playing Secret of Magia. Just how I like my session IPAs to be. With a fresh citrusy/grassy/lemony hoppyness and an appropiately high bitterness that makes it feel no watery at all
