Copenhagen 21/3 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Sexy Beekeeper with a smoking gun on the label.
Pours hazy - to the point of opacity - orange with a bubbly, white head. Settles as a thin fluffy layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is strong and sweet with a strong Citric presence. Sweet lemonade, citrus, honey sweetness with a bitter edge.
Strong carbonation and medium thick texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by Strong citric sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish quite dry.
Nice to find out what a "Rye Braggot" is - and that it tastes quite amazing.

*First braggot.
Beautiful hazy yellow with a lot of yeast floating around. White lingering head.
Smells like sweet honey and bitter hops.
Hard to tell what the taste is because of the high bitterness from the hops.
Highly carbonated, almost unpleasant. Bitterness leaves a dry mouthfeel.
Will not buy this beer again, but will try some more of the style in the future.

From Miguel. In Teku glass. Playing A Foretold Affair. Soft honey notes and a bit high carbonation. Not unpleasant but bit boring, lacking punch, with nothing to make me want to repeat
