From the 22 oz bottle in a snifter. This nice imperial pours a rugged
obsidian with brown highlights and a nice head of brown foam that
settles to a thick ring, thin layer, and shows light lacing. Nose of bourbon,
dark chocolate, and deep dark coffee with char and light smoke. Flavors
surpass the nose with boozy bourbon, char laced coffee, dark bakers chocolate,
touches of dark fruits, hints of vanilla, and subtle oaken notes with brulee
elements. Very nice mouth feel; full body, smooth, warming, rich, low
carbonation, and a rich boozy bourbon and dark malted finish.
An excellent brew from a great little brewery!
Cheers

L - Pitch black with a nice mocha head
S - Bourbon upfront with cocoa and coffee notes, some vanilla, boozy
T - quite roasty, the bourbon is very present which makes it quite boozy and a sipper. I have a whole 50 cL bottle to finish all by my self...
M - moderate carbonation, quite thick
O - A nice beer but the booziness and the little sweetness makes it hardly drinkable. Share this one with your firends!

From Boxbeers. In Teku glass. Watching Vikings 5x01-02. The most balanced of amager's bourbon pack so far, without excessive bourbon, but its high abv and 50cl makes if hard to finish it alone
