Copenhagen 4/4 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Happy looking - probably farting - Unicorn on the label.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick lumpy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, A sweet malty odor mingling with syrong citric fumes. Sweet caramel and toffee. Strong citric notes of lemon and lime, Fresh grass and pine trees with a touch of resin.
Medium strong carbonation- Slightly thick, oily. soft and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium string sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Citric and bitter aftertaste. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Does what it is supposed to do: Quench your thirst with a noticeable hop presence.
